Management Philosophy

Contributing to the realization of a sustainable society

Our founder established our company in November 1953 with the goal of "becoming a company that always treats customers and suppliers with sincerity and can be trusted, and his dream to create a company that can disseminate a new corporate culture through its work."

This management philosophy was established as the management philosophy of the Shinko Shoji Group while inheriting the spirit of our founding.

    Human Resources Philosophy

"Providing a place for self-realization and responding to desire for growth"
~ "Human resources" are the foundation of a company

Since its founding, Shinko Shoji has promoted "respect for humanity" in its corporate activities.
This clearly states that it is each and every employee that supports a company, and that one of a company's objectives is for employees to "realize their own abilities."
Based on this philosophy, Shinko Shoji will continue to be a company that provides a place where employees can fulfill their desire for growth and realize their dreams.
