Shinko Shoji Co., Ltd. has positioned the promotion of work style reform as the most important issue in its management strategy,<\/p>\n

We are moving forward with our activities.<\/p>\n
We are now accelerating our work style reform initiative and further promoting work-life balance.<\/p>\n
In order to improve productivity, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry is promoting "Premium Friday" through public-private partnerships.<\/p>\n
We agree with this and will be introducing an internal system encouraging employees to leave work at 4 p.m. starting Friday, October 27, 2017.<\/p>\n

1. Overview of "Premium Friday" at our company<\/p>\n
(1) Implementation date<\/p>\n
Last Friday of every month (or the previous week if it falls on the last day of the month)<\/p>\n
The first session will be held on Friday, October 27, 2017.<\/p>\n
(2) Details of the project<\/p>\n
After 4pm, employees leave work early after giving due consideration to customer service, etc., to ensure a good work-life balance.<\/p>\n
2. Implementation schedule for the second half of 2017<\/p>\n

November 24th (*Company closed due to our founding anniversary)<\/p>\n
December 22nd (\u203bThe last Friday of the month is the New Year holiday, so the event will be moved to the previous week)<\/p>\n
