Shinko Shoji Co., Ltd. has positioned the promotion of work style reform as the most important issue in its management strategy,<\/p>\n

In support of the "Friday" initiative, we will be implementing an internal system encouraging employees to leave work at 4 p.m. starting April 26th (Friday).<\/p>\n
