Shinko Shoji Co., Ltd. has positioned the promotion of work style reform as the most important issue in its management strategy,<\/p>\n

We are moving forward with our targeted activities.<\/p>\n

We are now accelerating our work style reform initiative and working to further improve work-life balance.<\/p>\n

In order to promote the development of the "Premium<\/p>\n

In support of the "Friday" initiative, we will be implementing an internal system encouraging employees to leave work at 4 p.m. starting April 22 (Fri.) in fiscal year 2022.<\/p>\n

We will be introducing this feature, so please see below for more information.<\/p>\n
