Novalux Japan Co.,Ltd. (headquartered in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Shingi Komoda, President; hereinafter \u201cNovalux Japan\u201d) has subscribed to a private placement of new shares conducted by AIRUCA Inc. (headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Sumio Kanenobu, President; hereinafter \u201cAIRUCA\u201d) and become an equity method AIRUCA became an affiliated company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Novalux Japan is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shinko Shoji Co., Ltd. (listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange prime market). Since its establishment in 1995, Novalux Japan has been engaged in planning and consulting for embedded computer systems, and contract development, sales, and maintenance services for computer software, hardware, and peripheral equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AIRUCA is a venture company founded by Kanenobu Sumio in 2021, and develops and sells AI-based object recognition, image recognition, visual inspection, human behavior estimation\/fall detection, facial recognition systems and software, AI edge terminals, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
