Business Introduction

CANON-CMOS sensor camera solutions

We believe that the market will expand for various types of appearance inspections that utilize CMOS sensors for quality monitoring in the machine tool and industrial equipment fields.

  1. I want to find tiny scratches that are invisible to the naked eye.
  2. I am not an expert on cameras, lenses, or imaging methods and do not understand them.
  3. Existing cameras cannot check the quality

We can help you with such concerns.
CANON CMOS sensor camera solutions can solve this.

The high sensitivity and wide dynamic range of the Canon CMOS sensor, combined with a microscopic level imaging algorithm, enables "suppression of whiteout and blackout" and "multi-point focusing with an expanded depth of field." As an example of quality monitoring, the front and side of a drill bit are photographed and each is output as a separate image.

Examples of use

By inspecting jigs before processing the product, it is possible to replace jigs that are damaged due to chipped blades, etc., thereby reducing loss of processed products.

Focus Stacking

This software combines multiple image data with different focuses to create a single image data.

  • Continuous shooting while moving the camera
  • Extracts the in-focus area and performs depth stacking
