We signed a sales agency contract with Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd. We have started the "moogle" business, a robot for inspecting small spaces!

As part of strengthening our inspection solutions, we have signed a sales agency agreement for the small-space robot "Moogle Evo" manufactured by Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd., and have begun sales of "Moogle Evo" and a rental service with operation included.
The importance of home inspections is increasing due to the partial revision of the Real Estate Transaction Business Act in April 2018. However, there is a shortage of workers and architects who can carry out home inspections.
"Moogle EVO" frees workers from the heavy work of inspecting under floors of houses, and can be used for periodic inspections, as well as for inspections of newly built and existing houses and current status surveys before renovations, contributing to the optimization of housing values and the revitalization of housing distribution. It is also effective for inspecting high places such as bridges and narrow spaces where it is difficult to move, such as utility tunnels.
