Continuation of "Premium Friday"

Shinko Shoji Co., Ltd. has positioned the promotion of work style reform as a top priority in its management strategy, and is working to become a vibrant, high-quality company that adheres to compliance and has high employee satisfaction.

In order to accelerate our "Work Style Reform" initiative, further promote work-life balance, and improve productivity, we have decided to support the "Premium Friday" initiative promoted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in partnership with the public and private sectors. Starting Friday, April 25, we will continue our internal system encouraging employees to leave work at 4:00 p.m. in fiscal year 2025. Please see below for more details.

Last Friday of every month (or the previous week if it falls on the last day of the month)

(2) Details of the project

After 4pm, employees leave work early after giving due consideration to customer service, etc., to ensure a good work-life balance.
