Thin rigid printed circuit board
If the bending angle is not acute, or the bending specifications are not required, or if the bending motion is not repeated, it is possible to use it for bending and fixing purposes without necessarily using expensive polyimide material. This will reduce costs compared to using polyimide material.
Product applications: Mobile devices, wearable devices, etc.
SBH board (SBH stands for Surface Blind Through-Hole)
By filling through-holes and eliminating holes that would otherwise be dead space on the surface for mounting, the density of the circuit design can be improved.
This makes it possible to reduce an 8-ply board to 6 layers, and a 6-ply board to 4 layers, resulting in cost reduction.
