Novarlux Japan has acquired shares in AIRUCA (making it an equity method affiliate).

Novarux Japan Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Nobuyoshi Komoda; hereinafter "Novarux Japan") has underwritten a third-party allotment of new shares by AIRUCA Inc. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Sumio Kanenobu; hereinafter "AIRUCA"), making it an equity-method affiliate.

ノバラックスジャパンは、新光商事株式会社（東証プライム市場上場）の100%出資子会社で、1995年の設立時より組み込みコンピュータシステムのプランニング・コンサルティング、コンピュータのソフトウェアおよびハードウェア、周辺機器の受託開発・販売・保守サービス業務をしております。

AIRUCA is a venture company founded by Kanenobu Sumio in 2021, and develops and sells AI-based object recognition, image recognition, visual inspection, human behavior estimation/fall detection, facial recognition systems and software, AI edge terminals, and more.
