[Supplier Information: NEC TOKIN Corporation] Announcement of commercialization of hybrid coil "SSHB series"

NEC TOKIN Corporation has developed a unique core molding technology and material development to produce high-precision, quiet, and DC-overlapped products.
We have developed the hybrid coil "SSHB series."
Sample shipments will begin in July 2016, and production is scheduled to begin at the Vietnam factory in December with a monthly production capacity of 1 million units.

The hybrid coil has two functions: a normal mode choke coil and a common mode choke coil.
This is a composite choke coil that can be realized with a single coil, and is used for noise suppression in lighting, AV/OA equipment, etc.
This is a product for which demand is expected to continue in the future.
