"Premium Friday" introduced

Shinko Shoji Co., Ltd. has positioned the promotion of work style reform as the most important issue in its management strategy,

We aim to be a vibrant and excellent company that adheres to compliance and has high employee satisfaction.

We are moving forward with our activities.

We are now accelerating our work style reform initiative and further promoting work-life balance.

In order to improve productivity, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry is promoting "Premium Friday" through public-private partnerships.

We agree with this and will be introducing an internal system encouraging employees to leave work at 4 p.m. starting Friday, October 27, 2017.

We would like to inform you as follows.

Notes

1. Overview of "Premium Friday" at our company

(1) Implementation date

Last Friday of every month (or the previous week if it falls on the last day of the month)

The first session will be held on Friday, October 27, 2017.

(2) Details of the project

After 4pm, employees leave work early after giving due consideration to customer service, etc., to ensure a good work-life balance.

2. Implementation schedule for the second half of 2017

October 27, 2017

November 24th (*Company closed due to our founding anniversary)

December 22nd (※The last Friday of the month is the New Year holiday, so the event will be moved to the previous week)

January 26, 2018

February 23

March 23rd (※The last Friday of the term falls on the last day of the month, so the date will be moved to the previous week.)
