In support of the "Friday" initiative, we will be implementing an internal system encouraging employees to leave work at 4 p.m. starting April 22 (Fri.) in fiscal year 2022.

We will be introducing this feature, so please see below for more information.

Last Friday of every month (or the previous week if it falls on the last day of the month)

(2) Details of the project

After 4pm, employees leave work early after giving due consideration to customer service, etc., to ensure a good work-life balance.
